Joe Joyce vs Zhilei Zhang 2 date: Start time, undercard, live commentary and how to follow – Juggernaut eyes revenge in rematch after first pro defeat

Joe Joyce will be out for revenge as he takes on Zhilei Zhang in an immediate rematch next month.

Joyce had his unbeaten record ended in April, losing to the hard-hitting Zhang after the fight was stopped due to his gruesome swollen eye.

‘Juggernaut’ instantly turned his attention to a rematch, activating the clause in his contract as he aims to win back his WBO interim heavyweight title.

Zhang’s size and power proved too much for the Brit last time and he derailed his opponent’s plans to fight Tyson Fury or Oleksandr Usyk

However, Joyce will be looking to put those plans back into place by regaining momentum and number one challenger status by getting one back over ‘Big Bang’.

Joyce vs Zhang 2: What has been said?

Joyce told talkSPORT: “It’s hard when you have a loss and you have to rebuild and it has been tough.

“But, I believe I can go back in there again and get it back and I’m hungry to get the title and my mandatory position back.

“I don’t know if I’m excited but it’s something I have to do, it’s my job and I need to get back to work.

“I’ve worked very hard to get where I am and financially I’m in a good place, but I still want to keep up with this fight game.
